The staff was competent and location was great. We enjoyed our room with Wi-Fi. A good choice of options for sensational breakfast. Awesome place, would stay here again.
-
We stayed in room 36 and its was fantastic, luvly view of regency square and the seafront. Very convenient to all thew shops and sites, didn't have to use the car all weekend. All staff were very helpful and polite and the complimentry cake was luvly. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety for everyone. We would highly recommend anyone staying here we had a qonderful stay. Parking was very convenient @ regency secure parking just around the corner, the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The staff were splendid. The free banana cake was a lovely touch and also excellent. I was impressed by the beakfast which amongst other wonderful goodies I had two perfectly boiled eggs. Well done the breakfast staff.
-
Good location - and clean, good quality bedding and towels.
Room 37 was just incredibly small, with a most unusual en suite addition just plonked in the corner of the room. The shower and basin were just not practical. The bed was too big for the room and there was no where really to hang clothes. For one night it was just about ok but if I'd been staying longer I'd have checked out.
-
we liked its position being within walking distance to many places of interest. And we liked mr watts a very freindly resident cat
-
Friendly welcome, heavy luggage taken to room for us, wide variety of choice for breakfast, classic hotel with period features, clean comfortable rooms, close to centre of town
-
clean comfortable and relaxed v good breakfast

Staff upon arrival were excellent and helpful. Location superb. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast the best we experienced in our 3 week trip to the UK. Would definitely stay there again.
-
A lovely small Hotel in a beatiful and quiet position close to both the beach and shops, with friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast was really excellent and the free cake and fruit on offer in the afternoon was a really nice touch.
There is no lift and the stairs to the 3rd and 4th floors are pretty steep, not a problem as long as you are warned about this when booking.
-
Staff were really helpful yet stayed in the background. Breakfast was great though we arrived around 10 on the weekend and the dishes were not re-filled - a small complaint. Room was spacious and clean with everything needed. Location is perfect - a short stroll to either the seafront or in the other direction, the shops and restaurants. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Owner very pleasant and helpful
A family had a noisy and abusive row in the early hours of the morning. This was most unexpected in this very pleasant hotel. However, there was no one about to contain it.
-
close to downtown. only a few blocks of walking. Yet right on the Channel. Staff very friendly and courteous. Like staying with family. Breakfast choices just like we eat at home. Nothing heavy or fatty. Our "superior" room had a nice view.
-
Very friendly staff. Makes you feel at home. Very nice situation, close to the centre yet quiet enough. Very good breakfast.
I had a sinlge small room and the bed was perhaps a bit short.
-
Close to the beach and easy access to town centre attractions.

Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Breakfast had an excellent choice and the room was clean and well presented. We particularly liked the resident cat, Mr Watts, who welcomed us each time we came in.
